Linda Hao, received her Ph.D. under Grand Master Shentian Sun from Heilongjiang TCM Universityin Harbin, China, with specialty in neuro-acupuncture. Dr. Linda Hao is the President of the Neuro-acupuncture Center in NM, the founder of the Academy of International Scalp Acupuncture, and the co-founder andfull professor of the Neuro-Acupuncture Institute. She isappointed Honorary Adviser and Expert of the European Association of Scalp Acupuncture. She is the Vice President to the Specialty Committee of Head Acupuncture of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies.
Dr. Linda Hao is a pioneer in developing the neuro-acupuncture treatment of children with Autism, ADHD, and CP neurological disorders worldwide. She specializes in the treatment of cerebral palsy, stroke, traumatic brain injury, MS, and paralysis, etc. Her patients come from all walks of life including celebrities in USA and abroad. Herwork has garnered national and international recognition, and her accomplishments have been broadcasted many times by local and national TV like Fox News, Action 7 News, Global TV, and newspapers, bringing widespreadacceptance of Scalp Acupuncture throughout the world. A Santa Fe New Mexican 12/17/2011, published HeadStrong. The Albuquerque Journal headlined an article Point of Hope on 2/3/2018, further spread the effectiveness of neuro-acupuncture to the world.
Dr. Linda Hao has many years of teaching experience,presenting seminars domestically and internationally, including Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Netherland, and Denmark etc. She has trained students around the globe in the field of scalp-acupuncture. She is the co-author of the book Chinese Scalp Acupuncture and has published numerous articles in medical journals in English and Chinese. She has authored chapters of several Western Medicine books, and Autism Chapter in The Brain Acupuncture published by Springer.
Dr. Linda Hao was selected in June 2016, as one of Top Ten Honorees in the Hundred Professionals Hundred Schools Award, by the World TCM Forum, Academy of Science in TCM. She received Certificate of Excellent Thesis Award 2003 in China, Outstanding Woman of the Year of New Mexico, USA in 1998, and a Certificate of Outstanding Achievement in Acupuncture from the House of Representative of the State of NM, USA in 1997.

史灵芝, Linda Hao 字百灵, 黑龙江中医药大学医学博士，师从国医大师孙申田精修神经针灸专业，治疗脑病疑难病专家。现任世中联头针专委会副会长, 欧洲头针学会专家及名誉顾问，世界中医论坛主席团执委，美国神经针灸中心主席, 神经针灸学院共同创始人。
史灵芝博士创新地运用头针治疗儿童自闭症, 多动症，脑瘫, 18三联体综合征等疑难病。她擅长治疗脑中风、脑损伤、多发性硬化症、脊髓损伤、脑瘫及其它神经系统疾病。多年来，她治疗治愈来自美国各阶层民众，知名人士和世界各地的疑难病患者，以针灸的显著疗效和成就得到了美国及国际社会的认可。
她多年在美国从事中医教学工作，在美国及世界其它国家传授头针课程，传承医学教育促进了头针发展。2011年，史灵芝与郝吉顺合著出版了英文专著《中国头针治疗学》发行于世界各地。 她是2013年 《中医英语基础教程》教科书的副主编。2017年，为英文版专著《整合医学的科学基础》撰写了“头针治疗中枢神经系统疾病“ 。2009 年，她受美国西医临床书籍《疼痛临床处理》编委会特邀撰写了“头针治疗疼痛”。她发表了许多针灸中医方面的学术文章 。她曾在美国的《今日针灸》和《传统医药与人类健康》等多家杂志发表了头针专著和许多篇论文。史灵芝教授分别在2004年的第三界国际中医药大会和2007年世针联大会特色针法中演讲获优秀论文奖。2021在世界著名的出版社Springer出版了自闭症篇章 。
在美国长期的临床、教学与科研实践中, 她曾先后赴美国首都华盛顿、纽约、科州、德州等地, 以及澳大利亚、丹麦、加拿大、德国和阿根廷等许多国家做了无数次头针专题讲座与演讲。2015 年, 美国著名电影导演Mark Medoff 在其孙女头针治疗，生命得到挽救后，亲自摄制了题为“ 现代奇迹“－Modern Day Miracle 的头针专题记录片。2018年，美国针灸纪录片“9000根针”的著名导演 Doug Dearth还专门拍摄了关于史灵芝与郝吉顺头针行医的记录片 “Transforming lives”。 她曾多次接受美国电视如Action 7 News采访及媒体报纸杂志报道。 2017 年 2 月,美国主流电视台Fox News, 及Global Dragon 电视台直播报道了神经头针专题采访。2011年，Santa Fe ,New Mexican 报纸以“Head Strong”为题，报道了头针的神奇疗效 美国新墨西哥州报纸分别于2019年 2月4日Journal North 和 2019年2月10日Albuquerque Journal 在头版头条以“ The Point of Hope”为题，报道了神经头针成功治疗疑难病的写实！在舆论界引起了热烈的反响, 为弘扬中医，扩大针灸在社会的影响, 起到了积极的推进作用!
1997年她被推选为“最受民众喜爱”的医疗工作者，并应邀出席了时任美国总统夫人举办的招待会。1999年她获得美国新墨西哥州授予的优秀中医者称号。2017年在由世中联，中国中医科学院和海外华人中医论坛主办的海外华人中医百人百项专家评选活动中，荣获首批入围的前十名。2018年初，美国圣多菲市市长颁发了证书与奖章，并将每年的2月16日定为“郝吉顺，史灵芝医生日“ －Drs. Jason & Linda Hao’s Day，奖励其对中医药事业发展的贡献！
