现任世界中医药联合会针刀专委会会长，加拿大针刀医学会副会长、中国中医药促进会针刀专委会副会长、北京汉章针刀医学研究院特聘教授、北京中医药大学特聘副教授、厦门大学附属医院针刀特诊科学科带头人。 卢胜春院长从事针刀临床和研究30余年， 提出了针刀医学23大学说，著电子版针刀医学书籍200多万字， 培养的国内外针刀学生20000多人，是国内公认的实战型针刀专家，是针刀界的创新代表和领军人物。 他不仅在针刀治疗颈肩腰腿疼痛等骨科病方面取得突出成就，在针刀治疗内科病、五官科疾病、妇科疾病、皮肤科疾病等方面，也取得重大突破。 尤其擅长疑难杂症的中西医结合治疗。
Currently serving as the President of the Acupuncture and Knife Therapy Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, Vice President of the Canadian Acupuncture and Knife Therapy Association, Vice President of the Acupuncture and Knife Therapy Committee of the China Association for the Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Distinguished Professor of the Beijing Hanzhang Acupuncture and Knife Therapy Research Institute, Distinguished Associate Professor of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and Academic Leader of the Acupuncture and Knife Therapy Specialty Department of Xiamen University Affiliated Hospital. President Lu Shengchun has been engaged in clinical practice and research in acupuncture and knife therapy for over 30 years. He has proposed 23 major theories of acupuncture and knife medicine, authored over 2 million words of electronic books on acupuncture and knife medicine, and trained over 20,000 students both domestically and internationally. 中风后遗症的临床治疗效果不理想，笔者用针刀治疗中风后遗症39年以来，取得了显著的疗效，其病理生理学基础与临床总结如下： 1，通过针刀治疗头颈部发生了部分瘢痕挛缩的骨骼肌，改善大脑的血液循环，治疗脑组织的半暗带，达到缩小大脑损伤面积的目的。 2，通过针刀治疗拮抗肌，达到明显改善肢体的运动功能。 3，针刀治疗强直的骨骼肌，降低局部静水压，改善强直的肌肉，达到良性循环的目的，损伤的骨骼肌从解剖结构及生理功能得到明显好转，促使骨骼肌合成及分泌神神营养因子，打通神经反射弧，促进中风后遗症的康复。 随着强直的骨骼肌逐渐恢复，通过正反馈的途径，促使大脑及脊髓的重塑功能。 4，综上所述：针刀医学治疗中风后遗症在理论有较重要的理论的突破，临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。
The clinical treatment of stroke sequelae has yielded unsatisfactory results. However, the author has achieved significant efficacy using acupuncture and knife therapy for stroke sequelae over 39 years. The pathophysiological basis and clinical summary are as follows: 1. Acupuncture and knife therapy treats skeletal muscles in the head and neck that have experienced partial scarring and contracture, improving cerebral blood circulation and treating the penumbra in brain tissue, thereby reducing the area of brain damage. 2. Acupuncture and knife therapy treats antagonistic muscles, significantly improving limb motor function. 3. Acupuncture and knife therapy treats ankylosing skeletal muscles, reducing local hydrostatic pressure, improving muscle rigidity, and achieving a virtuous cycle. Damaged skeletal muscles show significant improvement in both anatomical structure and physiological function, promoting the synthesis and secretion of neurotrophic factors, opening up nerve reflex arcs, and promoting recovery from stroke sequelae. As the ankylosing skeletal muscles gradually recover, positive feedback promotes the remodeling function of the brain and spinal cord. 4. In conclusion, acupuncture and knife therapy for stroke sequelae represents a significant theoretical breakthrough, with remarkable clinical efficacy, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
