乔晋琳，中医康复医学硕士，主任医师、教授、博导。原海军总医院康复医学科主任、解放军总医院第六医学中心疼痛诊疗中心主任（首席专家）。原第二军医大学海军临床医学院康复医学教研组组长、教授；2007年荣获总后勤部“全军中医药技术能手”称号；2013年新华网评为“中国好医生”。荣获中国医师协会“中国志愿医生”。兼任世界中联疼痛康复专业委员会会长；中国针灸学会理事；中华中医药学会针刀医学分会顾问；中国医促会康复医学专业委员会副会长等职。参与国家“973”计划课题，国家科技支撑计划课题的研究；获教育部科技进步二等奖 2 项，军队医疗成果二等奖 1 项、三等奖 4 项。主编、编著 9 部，发表学术论文 120余篇，SCI论文4篇。

Formerly Director of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Naval General Hospital; Director (Chief Expert) of the Pain Treatment Center, Sixth Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital. Former Head of the Rehabilitation Medicine Teaching and Research Group and Professor, Naval Clinical Medical College, Second Military Medical University; awarded the title of "All-Army TCM Technical Expert" by the General Logistics Department in 2007; named a "Good Doctor of China" by Xinhua News Agency in 2013. Awarded the title of "Chinese Volunteer Doctor" by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. Also serves as President of the Pain Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies; Director of the China Acupuncture and Moxibustion Association; Consultant of the Acupuncture and Knife Medicine Branch of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Vice President of the Rehabilitation Medicine Professional Committee of the China Medical Promotion Association, etc. Participated in research projects under the National "973" Program and the National Science and Technology Support Program; received two second-class awards for scientific and technological progress from the Ministry of Education, one second-class award and four third-class awards for military medical achievements. Chief editor and author of 9 books, published over 120 academic papers, including 4 SCI papers.

讲座内容简介：世界中联疼痛康复专委会会长乔晋琳教授，是全息胚针灸学的主要推动者，他于1999年出版专著《全息胚针灸学临证概要》，首次将全息胚针灸纳入中国针灸学亚专科。全息生物学理论以及全息胚学说，是人类对生物学的一种新的认识。全息生物学的诞生地在中国。以全息胚诊疗法为核心的全息胚医学和全息胚针灸学具有独特的疗效。全息胚理论能较全面地解释中医经络腧穴理论，对经络实质的阐明起到重要的作用。世界针联原主席王雪苔教授指出“全息胚针灸学临证概要，通过实践检验，使全息胚理论言之有物；微针系统诊断治疗技术，结合全息理论，让针灸学领域异彩纷呈。”乔会长的讲座将全面阐述全息胚针灸的原理、诊疗法及其对顽固性疼痛的治疗经验。

Lecture Summary: Professor Qiao Jinlin, President of the Pain Rehabilitation Committee of the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies (WFAS), is a major promoter of holographic embryonic acupuncture. In 1999, he published the monograph "A Clinical Outline of Holographic Embryonic Acupuncture," which for the first time incorporated holographic embryonic acupuncture into the subspecialty of Chinese acupuncture. Holographic biology theory and holographic embryonic theory represent a new understanding of biology. Holographic biology originated in China. Holographic embryonic medicine and holographic embryonic acupuncture, with holographic embryonic diagnosis and treatment as their core, possess unique therapeutic effects. Holographic embryonic theory can comprehensively explain the theory of meridians and acupoints in Traditional Chinese Medicine, playing an important role in clarifying the essence of meridians. Professor Wang Xuetai, former President of the WFAS, pointed out that "A Clinical Outline of Holographic Embryonic Acupuncture, through practical testing, makes the theory of holographic embryonic acupuncture substantial; the micro-needle system diagnostic and treatment technology, combined with holographic theory, makes the field of acupuncture more vibrant." President Qiao's lecture will comprehensively explain the principles, diagnosis and treatment methods of holographic embryonic acupuncture, as well as his experience in treating intractable pain.
