刘金洪，男，中医内科（肿瘤）学博士，针灸学硕士，加拿大安大略省注册中医针灸师，约翰珍妮中医学院院长、教授，中医肿瘤中心主任、首席研究员，南京中医药大学国际经方学院加拿大分院院长、教授，国际靶向中医与经方针灸学会会长，中医药国际教育联盟副理事长，加拿大中医针灸联盟副主席，38年中医临床、教学与科研经历，在肿瘤、痛症、内妇科疑难病症方面积累了丰富的经验，创立三级靶位诊断与针药结合靶向治疗体系，中医药靶向治疗研究获国家基金资助，著作多部，论文80多篇。

Liu Jinhong, male, holds a PhD in Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine (Oncology) and a Master's degree in Acupuncture. He is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncturist in Ontario, Canada, Dean and Professor of Johnny & Associates College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Director and Chief Researcher of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Oncology Center, Dean and Professor of the Canadian Branch of the International Classical Formula College of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, President of the International Society for Targeted Traditional Chinese Medicine and Classical Formula Moxibustion, Vice Chairman of the International Alliance for Education in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Vice Chairman of the Canadian Alliance of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. With 38 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research in Traditional Chinese Medicine, he has accumulated rich experience in oncology, pain management, and difficult and complex internal and gynecological diseases. He established a three-level target diagnosis and acupuncture-drug combined targeted therapy system. His research on targeted therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine has been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has authored several books and published more than 80 papers.

Application of Level 3 Targeted Acupuncture for Tumor Analgesia

演讲摘要:

癌性疼痛多为重度痛症，常常伴有恐惧、绝望等心理反应，是较为棘手的临床问题之一。肿瘤镇痛过程中，针对三级靶位，采用调神针法，将元神的调节与瘤神、经神、脏神的调节相结合，标本兼顾，有的放矢，镇痛成功率明显提高，多能针入痛止，或痛缓药减。

Cancer pain is often severe and accompanied by psychological reactions such as fear and despair, making it one of the more challenging clinical problems. During tumor analgesia, targeting the three levels of acupuncture sites, the "spirit-regulating acupuncture" method is employed. This method combines the regulation of the original spirit with the regulation of the tumor spirit, meridian spirit, and organ spirit, addressing both the root cause and the symptoms. This targeted approach significantly improves the success rate of analgesia, often achieving immediate pain relief or reducing the need for medication.
