刘津，女，安大略省注册中医师、针灸师，约翰珍妮中医学院副教授，约翰珍妮中医院妇科中心主任，安省中医师针灸师管理局巡查员。2009年起随父侍诊，2011—2012年多伦多西奈山医院骨肿瘤病区志愿者，2013年毕业于多伦多大学生命科学院生物学专业，获荣誉学士学位，同年获得约翰珍妮中医学院中医文凭，开始从事中医教学和中医妇科临床工作，2016年起跟随黄煌教授学习经方，2017年赴中国南京中医药大学深造，师从国医大师夏桂成教授和著名妇科专家谈勇教授，系统学习和继承两位名家的学术思想与临床经验，翻译（并出版）《月经病的中医诊治》，回加后将“妇科调周法”与“针药结合靶向治疗”相结合，创立切合海外妇科临证实际应用的“针药结合靶向调周法”，深耕临床，精益求精，诊治各类月经病、不孕不育、产后病、妇科肿瘤，效果显著 ，深得患者褒奖和赞誉。

Liu Jin, female, is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and acupuncturist in Ontario, an associate professor at Johnny & Jenny College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the director of the Gynecology Center at Johnny & Jenny Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and an inspector for the Ontario Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. From 2009, she assisted her father in his clinical practice. From 2011 to 2012, she volunteered in the Bone Tumor Ward of Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. In 2013, she graduated from the Faculty of Life Sciences at the University of Toronto with an honors bachelor's degree in Biology. In the same year, she obtained a diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Johnny & Associates College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and began teaching Traditional Chinese Medicine and practicing TCM gynecology. From 2016, she studied classical formulas under Professor Huang Huang. In 2017, she went to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China for further studies, studying under Professor Xia Guicheng, a master of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Professor Tan Yong, a renowned gynecologist. She systematically studied and inherited the academic thoughts and clinical experience of these two masters. She translated (and published) "The Diagnosis and Treatment of Menstrual Disorders in Traditional Chinese Medicine". After returning to Canada, she combined "Gynecological Menstrual Regulation Method" with "Acupuncture and Drug Combined Targeted Therapy" to create "Acupuncture and Drug Combined Targeted Menstrual Regulation Method" that is suitable for the actual application of gynecological clinical practice overseas. She has been deeply engaged in clinical practice, striving for excellence, and has achieved remarkable results in the diagnosis and treatment of various menstrual disorders, infertility, postpartum diseases, and gynecological tumors, earning high praise and acclaim from patients.

Acupuncture and medication combined with targeted therapy for dysmenorrhea

演讲摘要: 痛经的标靶位在子宫，本靶位多在肾，或在肝，或在脾，或在心，中间靶通道多为冲脉或足厥阴经，靶性多寒。标靶位局部用灸泻法或泻法温针灸，本靶位取脏之原穴，行补法温针灸，中间靶通道治疗取通冲脉的公孙穴，或足厥阴经经穴中封，针行龙虎交战，痛剧者行乾坤挪气。中药针对III级靶位，结合调周法分期用药。

The target area for dysmenorrhea is the uterus, but this target area is often located in the kidneys, liver, spleen, or heart. The intermediate target pathway is often the Chong meridian or the Foot Jueyin meridian, and the target area is mostly cold in nature. Local treatment at the target area involves moxibustion with a reducing technique or warm needling with a reducing technique. For this target area, the original acupoint of the Zang organ is selected, and warm needling with a tonifying technique is applied. For the intermediate target pathway, the Gongsun acupoint (connecting to the Chong meridian) or the Zhongfeng acupoint (connecting to the Foot Jueyin meridian) is selected, using the "Dragon and Tiger Intercourse" technique. For severe pain, the "Qiankun Shifting Qi" technique is applied. Traditional Chinese medicine targets the level III target area, using a phased approach combined with menstrual cycle regulation.
