Qiao Jinlin, male, chief physician, professor, and master’s supervisor. He has been engaged in research in this field for 35 years. From 1989 to 1991, he participated in the acupuncture expert group sent to foreign countries. In 2012, he went to RUSK, New York University School of Medicine. Visiting scholar at the Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine. He is currently the chairman of the Pain Rehabilitation Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, a member of the Rehabilitation Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; a director of the Chinese Acupuncture Society; vice chairman of the Acupuncture Knife Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies; consultant of the Acupuncture Knife Medicine Branch of the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine; chairman of the Acupuncture Knife Committee of the PLA; vice chairman of the Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Committee of the PLA; standing member of the Pain Science Branch of the Beijing Medical Association; deputy editor-in-chief of the “Chinese Famous Doctors Forum” magazine; and executive editorial board member of the “Chinese Tissue Engineering Research and Clinical Rehabilitation” and “Chinese Geriatric Health Medicine” magazines. He has published 118 academic papers (3 SCI papers, 3 CA papers), and edited or co-edited 8 monographs. He has won one Science and Technology Award from the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the second prize for scientific and technological progress from the Ministry of Education, and the third prize for scientific and technological progress from the military. He has presided over and undertaken five national “973” program projects and five military traditional Chinese medicine “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” projects.
