Abstract
Chemotherapy is one of the common causes of ovarian function damage. Women who accept chemotherapy at reproductive age face high risks of ovarian reserve damage. Acupuncture and moxibustion, which as a form of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, has significant clinical efficacy in all stages of ovarian function injury. Based on different perspectives such as inflammatory response and oxidative stress, we explored the therapeutic targets of acupuncture and moxibustion to alleviate ovarian damage, providing a new perspective and experimental basis for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion to mitigate the reproductive toxicity of chemotherapy in women.
