Gu Yi Huang, member of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Secretary of the Acupuncture and Tuina School and Rehabilitation School, He is also the Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Preventive Treatment Professional Committee of the World Federation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Association, Deputy Director of the Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Professional Committee. He has hosted over 20 national and provincial research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, and has published over 100 research papers. From the 11th Five-Year Plan to the 14th Five-Year Plan, he served as the chief editor of several postsecondary textbooks in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the deputy chief editor of national textbooks planning. He has published multiple research monographs and obtained one invention patent and five utility model patents. He has won awards such as the Special Award for Teaching Achievement in Jiangsu Province, the Second Prize for National Teaching Achievement, the Second Prize for Science and Technology Progress of the Jiangsu Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and has been named a Young Academic Leader for the “Blue Project” in Jiangsu Province, as well as a leading pioneer in traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu Province.

Acupuncture and Tuina therapy has good efficacy in treating painful conditions, it can have an immediate effect on some painful symptoms.
